An important part of our White Glove Service is to provide complete services to our residential and commercial client.  Tobin Properties brings to the table a tradition of service and responsiveness, which is unmatched by our competitors.  We have a unique knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate as a result of the many cycles that we have been a part of The Owner’s Perspective™ driving us to see and manage your property as we do our own.

At the heart of Tobin Properties’ philosophy of taking care of resident and tenant needs is our service department. It is staffed by highly motivated individuals who centrally receive all requests for service and log them into a management information system. If the request(s) require immediate response, it will be taken care of in minutes. More routine requests are handled through our fully computerized work order system, which provides accurate information to our management staff, who in turn, assign the task to the individual carpenter, plumber, electrician, janitor, air conditioning technician, or locksmith, who will respond in a timely manner to the residents’ and tenant needs.

To verify tenant satisfaction with service requests, random surveying is done by both mail and personal calls to assure the requested work was completed in a satisfactory manner. Periodically, personal interviews are conducted to ascertain, in more depth, how well we are serving our customers’ needs.

Regularly, a team made up of members of our accounting, management, and operations departments conduct an after hours “white glove inspection” of the properties to visually see what changes or improvements are needed.  This combination of responsiveness to initial requests for service through the random surveying and personal interviews, along with physical inspections of every property has been a hallmark of Tobin Properties’ attention to detail and our recognition of the importance of satisfied customers in our long term success.
